What is included with the $100.00 Splash Page Design?
A Splash Page design is one of the simpiler designs and can be the most cost effective way to get the word about your business out to the public. Splash Page designs at the $100.00 price are based on a previously designed template from our library. Changes to pictures, text, and colors are all included in personalizing your Splash Page. The $100.00 price does not include hosting. Hosting is on a monthly basis at $10.00 with no contract. If you choose to pay in advance for 3 months, 5 months etc. you may do so. We do offer custom designs on a quote basis to make your page entirely unique. Simply contact an associate for a quote. |

Does my Splash Page include audio and video hosting?
At this time we are supporting audio and video hosting. However, the $10.00 hosting fee will not cover the extra bandwidth use that comes with hosting audio/video. You will be quoted upon requesting audio/video to be placed on your splash page. Standard hosting for any audio under 500KB (0.5 MB) is preset at $12.50 per month. Again, you can always pay for hosting ahead of time and are still not under any contract. |

Does SolutionsD.com offer full Website and multiple page designs?
Yes. SolutionsD.com does do full Website design on a strictly consultation basis. There is no limit to what can be designed -- from a simple 5 page website to a 100 page Ecommerce site. What do I need to do with the pictures I would like to display on my Splash Page / Website?
Digital format is required for all designs. We do edit the graphics for simple sizing and placement restrictions which is something most places do not offer without added cost. Graphics Design, Header Designs, and Logo Designs, however, cost more due to the time it takes for the design process itself. If your pictures are of hard copy format, please scan them or go to your local copy shop and have them scanned into digital format before you send them to us. |

Do you edit or proof-read the information I send for placement on a Splash Page/Website?
No! We only copy the information you have sent, exactly as we receive it. Please proof-read all of your text before you send it to SolutionsD. We can adjust something that you may have missed during your "draft" time, later, after the page or site has been built. |

What if I would like a change to my Splash Page / Website in the future?
We offer minor changes at no extra cost. Background color changes and adjustments to text due to "typos" or wording are also adjusted at no cost. Any changes of pictures, or mass text adjustments require an extra fee and are usually charged at a $5.00 flat rate per change. There may be other fees if more time is necessary to complete the update. |

How fast can I expect to have my Splash Page / Website up and operational?
This all depends on how fast the content is passed along to us. As soon as we have everything we need to complete your Splash Page, it usually takes no more than 24 hours to have your page up and running. Websites do take time because of their multiple pages and linkings required. For a Website, we will quote a time frame for completion as we begin your project. |

Am I limited to where I can advertise my Splash Page / Website?
No. You can advertise anywhere you please as long as you are not spamming via email or otherwise. Spamming can affect all pages hosted on the same server due to the fact that the URL is blocked by servers. Spamming is not allowed while you are being hosted by SolutionsD.com! Spamming may result in your page being removed from our hosting servers. |

Does SolutionsD.com offer Web Optimization?
Yes! Every Page or Site that we host and design is meta tag enabled. If you have a specific list of keywords that you would like placed on your page for Search Engine Optimization, please include that information with the content that you send us for your Design. |

Can I forward a Domain that I have purchased to my Splash Page/Website?
Yes. When your Design is completed, you will be given an URL to view your page. That URL is where you need to forward your Domain with your registrar. If you do not have a Domain and would like to get one, please visit GoDaddy.com. They offer free forwarding and no advertisement for around $9.00 a year. |
